DER Fund I is intended to finance distributed energy infrastructure for organisations that are too large for household rebates and too small for traditional infrastructure capital.
It is intended to fund projects that Surge Energy originates, engineers and operates under Energy-as-a-Service agreements. Surge Energy is a related party.
